06.07.11 What this is and what it's used for—welcome to this CR ("character relationships") chart. This is mostly for my own personal use, but if you want to use it to figure out where your character stands with mine, you are welcome. Please be aware I am lazy and update sporadically. If you are here and have dropped, or if you are not here and have just joined (or been in for a while), sorry! I am the laziest person alive. I go through spurts. You're always free to comment and kick my ass.


	minato arisato "It's not. ...um. Selfish, I mean. To want a second chance... the chance to live your life by your own terms, that's.. very human." A mysterious boy who apparently attended Gekkoukan around the time Atsumi and Ryoji did. Baffled, but easily distracted, Ryoji made friends with him, figuring that he was quiet enough that he might have not met him the first time there (it was a big school, after all). Oddly, Minato has been the one to support Ryoji from Atsumi leaving to some of his deeper, less tangible worries. They once saved Nathan Young together from several undeserved deaths. He seems to share a lot of Ryoji's views on life and death. It's strange, as he feels like he's met him somewhere, that he's somehow familiar, but he can't put his finger on it...

	teddie "And Teddie believes in you, in your goodness." Ryoji's existential buddy. Teddie and Ryoji share the same fate as Shadows, as well as the burden of being both a Shadow and a human. Being the first time that Ryoji had met anyone who human attributes who was also a Shadow, they bonded quickly and became the link between the Inaba Investigation Team and S.E.E.S. Though Ryoji is convinced that he's the source of the Dark Hour, Teddie still seems to have faith that there has to be another cause. He's been another pillar of strong support since he arrived, and shows a lot of innocent maturity when given the chance. Sometimes Ryoji feels that Teddie's still miles ahead of him. Their carelessness physical boundaries sometimes makes Yosuke uncomfortable, but neither of them really seem to care.

	shinjiro aragaki "Peace ain't really a big thing for me. If I get to be alive, I'll take it, and beyond that I'm not gonna worry." A former member of S.E.E.S. and Hobo-senpai. Meeting Shinjiro wasn't surprising, but learning that there were members of S.E.E.S. that had died was depressing (but inevitable, in his opinion). To Ryoji, Shinjiro feels a little tough around the edges, if not inwardly depressed, but in the end a nice person. In some ways, he feels like his rival when it comes to Atsumi, though if Ryoji was asked, he'd say that he would be content with whoever Atsumi decided to pick. Despite the conflict of interests, Ryoji still values Shinjiro as a friend, even though if he can never be sure if Shinjiro feels the same about him.

	captain jack harkness "After all, like the good Doctor says, I'm what you'd call an old soul." A very, very interesting person that happens to be his roommate. Jack is very open about everything from his body, to his sexuality, to hitting on Ryoji. If anyone doesn't find it jarring, it's Ryoji, who takes most things with the same nonjudgmental attitude. Their free-loving outlook on life has lead to many nightly pajama-clad chats at the kitchen table.

	nathan young "NO HUGGING THIS TIME" An immortal boy with a loud mouth who is somehow Ryoji's friend. During one of the island effects, he paired with an older version of Minato to save Nathan from Victor (who had gone nuts at the time, and, coincidentally, kept killing him). In return for their courageous efforts to save him from the future-Victor, he had them over to smoke pot. Ever since then they've been friends, even though they're vastly different. Ryoji is still a little bothered when Nathan talks about dying, though.
